Sales Tax:
Idaho residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Return Policy:
We will gladly exchange your unopened/unused product if returned within 7 days. If product is damaged during the shipping process, we will replace your product if we are notified of the damage within 7 days. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

Shipping Policy:

• Shipping is handled USPS, Fed-Ex or Ups which ever is less expensive for our customers.
• Almost always, we ship your product immediately. If there is going to be a delay, we will notify you via e-mail. You should expect to see your products within 5-7 days of placing your order. Please contact us directly for any special shipping requests and we will do our best to make arrangements.
• We are happy to accept international orders, however we will have to e-mail you the actual shipping costs and approval to ship.
• Due to temperature concerns, we are unable to ship our Body Butters to Post Office Box addresses.
• In an effort to recycle, we reuse shipping boxes, packing peanuts, paper and bubble wrap if they are in good condition.
• Free Shipping does not apply for Wholesale Accounts
