Plum Hill products are cruelty-free. As animal lovers ourselves, we never test our products on animals, nor will we ever.
Idaho residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
We will gladly exchange your unopened/unused product if returned within 7 days. If product is damaged during the shipping process, we will replace your product if we are notified of the damage within 7 days. We do not refund the cost of shipping.
Please make sure your name and address is correct, if not it will cause a delay in shipment and extra charge
if it not it will result in a delay and extra charge to resend products

- Shipping is handled USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS, whichever is least expensive for our customers.
- Almost always, we ship your product immediately. If there is going to be a delay, we will notify you via e-mail. You should expect to see your products within 5-7 days of placing your order. If they don't arrive please e-mail us at email@example.com. Please contact us directly for any special shipping requests and we will do our best to make arrangements.
- We are happy to accept international orders, however we will have to e-mail you the actual shipping costs and approval to ship.
- In an effort to recycle, we reuse shipping boxes, packing peanuts, paper and bubble wrap if they are in good condition.
- Free shipping does not apply for Wholesale Accounts
